Chocolate Chips Oatmeal Cookies

Recommend for women who are breast feeding.
1 cup butter (no subs, do not use margarine)
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Flax seed meal (no subs - can be found in health food stores)
2 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
2-1/2 to 3 cups 100% natural oats (Gluten Free - No Subs)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Brewers Yeast (no subs - can be found in health food stores - some stores, they are call Nutrition Yeast)

Preheat oven at 375
Mix 2 tbsp of flax seed & water, set aside for 3-5 mins.
Cream Butter & sugars.
Add eggs.
Stir in Flax seed mix into butter mix & add vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Sift: dry ingredients, except oats & choc. chips
Add dry ingredients to butter mix
Stir in the oats & then choc chips.
Mix well
Drop a tbsp on parchment paper on baking sheet ( you must use the parchmant paper or it will not turn out good with out it)
Bake 8-12 mins depends on your oven.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.
